Teaching: Independent Studies in Book Arts

Graduate students in my typography course have been challenged to typeset and hand bind a 64-page book. This challenge has captured the imagination of students at the undergraduate level, and at the graduate level who have desired deeper study through Independent Studies in either typography or, more specifically, book design and hand binding.
